Public Notice

 

All recognized teacher training institutions are hereby informed that the following funds have to be maintained by the institutions in the form of fixed deposit receipt (FDRs) as per NCTE Regulations 2005 :-

 1.   Endowment fund of Rupees Five lakh per course per unit.

 2.   Reserve fund of Rupees Three lakh per course per unit.

For maintaining an Endowment fund and Reserve fund, as above, institution shall submit two separate original FDRs valid for 60 months, in joint operation with Regional Director, from a nationalized bank at WRC office within period of one month from the date of issue of recognition order.

Institutions which have not fulfilled the above condition are hereby again informed to submit the original FDRs, in joint operation, at WRC office within 90 days from date of issue of this notice on WRC web-site i.e from 12/09/2009.

 In case of non compliance by the institutions action will be initiated against the concerned institutions u/s 17 of NCTE Act,1993.

 

No separate letter will be issued to the institutions in this regard.
